The battle of womanhood

The story behind it is:

It's a wooden figurine I have from Africa that I love so much.. I thought her having her stomach and breasts nude was exposing the woman in a way to show her true strength and beauty.. Half is what women allows the world to see the other is the battle within that she fights to hide from the world.. 
We as women have been doing this (the inner battle) for as long as the world has been. It doesn't matter what creed, skin colour, religion, age... We are all the same, we are mothers, daughters, lovers, friends (etc) we are women and our battle is real... 

She will come with the descriptive text on paper and leather attached to the back.

Migraines

My interpretation of migraines feel like....
"This picture of me to give an idea to those who do not know how living with "invisible" pain is, in my case it's chronic migraines.... Therefore if migraines had a face it would be it. The disturbing, blinding pain that is felt while keeping somewhat of a normal face...
